Lotus

The lotus flower is highly revered in medicine such as Siddha and Ayurveda. Its petals have been found to strengthen the heart and protect it.

Lotus flowers have been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 5,000 years as a medicine for many ailments in the body.
This is because lotus flowers contain linoleic acid, protein, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B and vitamin C.
Usually there is a way to know the benefit of herbs. That is, Ayurvedic medical texts say that whatever is in the human organ in the form of an herb can be used as an herbal remedy for that organ.
Similarly, the closed lotus is in the shape of a heart, which strengthens the heart. Also, the lotus stems are full of fiber. It contains Vitamin C, Potassium, Phosphorus, Vitamin B6, Copper and Manganese .It is very important that it is low in sugar and fat.
Also, if the petals of the lotus flowers are dried in the shade and eaten, the heart diseases can be controlled.
If you break the pollen part in the middle of the lotus flower, you will find seeds in it. These will be very difficult.
