The scorching summer heat causes the body to become dehydrated and the skin to look dull and tired. When the body becomes dehydrated, not only does it dehydrate, but it also loses water-soluble vitamins and minerals, which can lead to weakness, vomiting, headaches, constipation and muscle cramps.
Yogurt – 3 tbsp
Coriander – 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Cold water – 1 1/2 cups
Ginger powder – 1 pinch
Salt – a little cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Add yoghurt, cold water, coriander, ginger powder, salt to a bottle, cover the bottle and shake well for a while, then pour it into a tumbler and sprinkle cumin powder on top.

First pour water into a jar with a lid, as well as yogurt, grated coconut, add sugar, cover the jar and shake well, pour into a tumbler and sprinkle with cashews and raisins.
Mint Lemon Juice:
Mint – 1/4 cup coriander – 1/4 cup cold water – 1 large cup salt – required amount of lemon – 1/2
Rinse the mint and coriander well in water, add water to the mix, grind well, strain it, add salt and lemon juice and drink.
Watermelon – 2 cups honey – required amount of cold water – 1/4 cup ice cubes – a little
Add watermelon, cold water and honey to the mix, grind well, pour into a tumbler and serve with ice cubes.
