Many people are amazed at the medicinal value of mango leaves. Many of us will be an ardent fan of mango. Some people are addicted to the sour taste of mango. When the festive day came, we made a pooja with mango leaf and we did not use sarima leaf for anything else.
Mango leaves have significant nutritional and medicinal benefits, though not as many as the nutritional benefits of mango. There are indications that mango leaves have been used in medicine for hundreds of years in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.
Take 10, 15 as young, young leaves, without mature leaves, and wash well. Chop them into small pieces. You can make tea with this leaf. Put this leaf in hot water, boil it and turn off the stove. Wait 5 – 10 minutes for the mango leaf juice to soak in the hot water. You can add a little honey in this water. You can chew the boiled leaves as they are.
Finely grind the mango leaf and apply on the face. Doing so will provide our skin with the nutrients it needs. Helps to solve problems like wrinkles, blackheads and dry skin on the face. Squeeze the mango leaf on the sores and it will heal immediately.
Grind mango leaves and apply on the scalp to enhance hair growth. Mango leaves are rich in Vitamin C and A. These increase the production of collagen in the skin and give us healthy hair. Regular use of mango leaves will brighten dull hair.
Drinking mango leaf tea can lower blood sugar levels. The anthocyanin in mango leaf helps in lowering the blood sugar level.
It also contains a substance that controls high blood pressure, which helps control blood pressure and keeps blood vessels strong. Mango leaf tea prevents the problem of varicose veins in the legs.
Mango leaves should be dried and powdered. Kidney stone problem can be cured by mixing it with hot water and drinking it. It helps to break down kidney stones and flush out toxins that have accumulated in the body.
