How to prepare sprouted dill?
Put the dill in a bowl and let it soak in the water. After soaking in water overnight, drain that water in the morning. This water is very powerful so it is good to drink it on an empty stomach. Regular consumption of dill water helps in controlling sugar levels and weight loss.
Once the water is well drained, wrap it in a cloth and let it hang in a dry place.
Wash the cloth well the next morning. Then let it hang. Sprinkle water on the cloth from time to time.
If you keep doing this for five days, the dill will start sprouting and growing into the plant. This sprouted dill can be cooked and eaten as it is. Put in salad and eat. It can be dried in the shade and powdered and taken daily.
This sprouted dill controls the rate at which blood sugar levels mix. This prevents a sudden increase in sugar levels.
